Why doesn't Gaps Club undertake large scale works?

One of the "gaps" that the Gaps Club aims to fill, is that between D.I.Y. and the General Building Trade.  Most General Builders will not undertake small jobs  as they detract from the time scales and work flow of larger scale work.  Gaps Club are specialists in small scale jobs and so are better able to focus on the customer care aspect of the work.

Who is the Gaps Club?

The Golden Arrow Property Service Club (Gaps for short) is run for the benefit of its members, who in the main are property owners in the South Shropshire Area.  Gaps Club is owned and managed by Golden Arrow CS Ltd.  Golden Arrow have been successfully operating in the Service Sector, serving the West Midlands since 1987.

What is the Home Health Check?

The Gaps Club Home Health Check is a "stitch in time" service, providing peace of mind to property owners.  We check over the property, highlighting any potential problems before they escalate into costly concerns.  At the same time we perform maintenance tasks that will help to keep your property secure and can prevent future problems arising.  For full list of the tasks performed click here.

When is my Inspection going to be carried out?

The inspection is usually carried out in the last quarter of the the annual membership period.  If you pay your annual membership in advance you can book an inspection at any time.  If you would like to know the exact date of your inspection, please contact the Gaps Club office, free on 0800 032 8067 or email us here.

What is the Gaps Club Holiday Service?

The Gaps Holiday Service provides peace of mind to members while away on holiday.  It forms a part of the inclusive benefits of membership.  We will check on the property in your absence, and remove any sign of absence, such as parcels, charity bags, free newspapers and anything else which may suggest that the property is vacant.  In addition to this we will cut lawn areas for your return.  For full details of our holiday service click here.

What is the Gaps Handy Bloke Service?

The Gaps Club "Handy Bloke" service provides members with a simple and cost effective way to get small household and property tasks undertaken. Gaps will quote for all types of work in the home.  If the type of work is not appropriate for Gaps to carry out, we will recommend a suitable alternative course of action.

How much will Gaps Club Membership Cost me?

This will depend on the size of your property and the additional services that you opt for.  The average price for a 3 bedroom semi; with our basic service would cost £90.00 which is less than 25 pence a day.  Click Here to see our basic service.
